Pay online by logging into your Tiger Connect portal, click on the Student tab, and choose Student Finances & Payments on the left.
- Make a payment with your debit or credit card
- Set up a payment plan
- Use FlyWire for International students

Pay online without logging into your portal
Go to cowley.edu and click on Pay Bill on the top menu.
Payments will reflect on the account the next business day.
Paying via the CowleyGo Mobile App
To pay by logging into your Tiger Connect portal:
- Open the CowleyGo mobile app on your phone.
- Click the Login icon to log into the app using Single Sign-On.
- Click on the Cowley Connect icon.
- Click the “My Account Balances” link and proceed to pay by:
- Making a payment with your debit or credit card
- Setting up a payment plan
- Using FlyWire for International students
To pay without logging in:
Click the “Pay Your Bill Online” button found on the mobile app home screen. You will be directed to our easy-to-use online payment page on Cowley.edu. Follow the instructions on the webpage to pay by credit card.
Paying by Phone
You may call 620.441.5586 and pay with a debit or credit card. Please be patient as there may be a delay in response during high phone volume times.
